CRETAN HONEY WITH THYME & HERBS

A very special honey which is produced exclusively in Crete.
The mixture of thyme honey with pine honey and honey derived from Cretan herbs and the 187 endemic plants that exist exclusively in Crete is done by the bee as the collection and storage in the hive takes place simultaneously. Cretan honey is characterized by its rich flavor, caramel texture, excellent aroma and amber color.
