ORIGANUM DICTAMNUS L.

 It is one of the most important medicinal plants, known in Minoan Crete and Ancient Greece.

Dictamnus is antiseptic, tonic and antispasmodic. Used for wound healing, as soothing the digestive system cold and flu. Many consume it replacing tea.

Contributes to the prevention and treatment of circulatory and heart problems. It also acts against diabetes, it is emmenagogue and as an aphrodisiac.

Lately it is confirmed that acts against gastric ulcers.

As infusion is used as a tonic and antispasmodic, as a decoction for headaches, neuralgia, against gingivitis and toothache.

Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes, strain and drink.

The beverage can be drunk 2 times a day.
